California- Day 8 Slough and Redwoods

The last day of our California trip was spent with Daddy's friend from Vanderbilt; Jeff Jarchow and his family. We started the morning kayaking down the Elkhorn Slough to sea various wildlife- birds, sea otters, sea lions and tons of huge jellyfish. This was one of my favorite things we did all trip. So much fun!

Then we ate at a fish house on the beach

And drove north towards San Francisco to hike Henry Cowell Redwood State Park. The trees were HUGE!!!!

Then we continued our drive to our hotel south of San Francisco and had Elephant Bar take out for dinner in our hotel.

What a trip!!!! Need to go back to California... NOW!
