We had planned to run down it and then walk a mile to a nearby lake (North Bar Lake) where the rest of the family was heading for some afternoon swim time and a picnic lunch. I am so glad we did this detour because not only was it super fun to go all the way down the HUGE dune but the walk was so pretty.
