Memphis

On the drive home from Gulf Shores we stopped halfway in Memphis. We got there a little after 3 in the afternoon, checked into our hotel and headed out to check out the town. We took the Main Street Trolley to Bourbon Street (where we stuck out as sore thumbs pushing a stroller, holding the hand of a toddler and baby wearing a baby). It was a sight to see! Then we continued our walk down Main Street to hang out with Elvis for a bit and then off to the place MLK Jr. got shot and ate at a BBQ place called Corner BBQ. Then we walked all the way back to our hotel, stopping at fountains, sculptures, park space and best of all, Maggie Moos. Hands down my most favorite ice cream EVER!!!!

 

 

  

   

Then the next day we hit the road, ready to get back to our "family" home :)
