Yesterday we met Grammy and Henry to see "Martha Speaks" at the Paul Mesner Puppet Show. It was great; a show about a dog who can talk by eating alphabet soup! Ashley kept saying "puppy dog" throughout the entire show and the girls were smiling and laughing at a lot of parts. Anna was so cute; the scary part had just started (and by the way the girls are obsessed with "scary" parts; not watching but just talking about them) and Grammy asked her what the dog should do. Anna told her, "bark like this.... WOOF!" And she screamed the WOOF part in the middle of the show. It was pretty cute!
Then afterward we went to Winstead's for lunch. It was superb! Anna was especially nice in sharing her milk shake with Henry.
We had a very nice day, even though it was maybe 20 degrees outside (which made for getting in a out of the car very very dreadful!)
