RMNP- Estes Park Aerial Tramway

We ended the last day of our vacation with a trip up a mountain on the Estses Park Aerial Tramway. The girls loved the ride and it was neat to look at most of the places we had been through the telescopes on our last and final day.

We even saw a mountain hummingbird- so pretty!

RMNP- Solar Sighting

After getting their Junior Ranger badges, the visitor center was having a solar sun viewing opportunity. So we jumped on it and looked at the sun through 3 different telescopes. The girls thought it was pretty cool!

RMNP- Junior Ranger

All week the girls had been working on their Junior Ranger activity books and on the last day we got to turn the completed books in.

After taking the Junior Ranger pledge to uphold the National Park Rules (like not feeding animals and no picking flowers- both which is really, really hard!!!!) we now have 3 Junior Rangers!!!!!

One just refused to get her picture taken!!!

RMNP- Random Picnic stop

After Alberta Falls we pulled over to the side of the road to find the best picnic spot! The girls had fun with my camera and phone camera :)
