XMAS Cookies

One Christmas eve eve and Christmas eve the girls and I spent most of the two mornings baking and making Christmas cookies.

They all turned out awesome this year!!! Note to self: my children are not normal and don't like puppy chow. Don't make again!

Anna basketball started this month. But since we have been sick we have only made 1 of the 3 practices. Bummer. But the practice she did make she did great!!! She knows 2 other girls on the team so that has been good for her knowing someone.

Games start Jan 9. And someone can't wait. Just like everything else she does, she loves it!!!

Reindeer Food and Cookies for Santa

This year the girls found it appropriate to color their noses red and then sprinkle the reindeer food in the front yard. Being Christmas I couldn't have cared less.

They had a blast being "Rudolph!"

Swim Play Date

A couple weeks back, kindergarten Lucy went swimming with me on a Friday we didn't have school.

We snorkled, chased each other and had so much fun!!!

Came upon this.....

"A little girl can, at times, seem a lot like a cake that came out of the oven too soon. Beautiful on the outside… gooey and messy on the inside. Your job is to help her finish baking."

I hope I am a good cook!
