Daddy's recent wood working project

Here is Rob's most recent woodworking project; adirondeck chairs for his dad's retirement gift. He started these in August and finished them up right after Christmas. And they turned out great; really great (must be the paint job ;)) I can't wait for him to make me a set :)

Teacher Christmas Gifts

I am very happy with the teacher gifts this year. I wouldn't mind one for myself :) They were a hit with the teachers as well :) They just couldn't believe Anna and Ashley made it all :)

A handmade (by Ashley, Anna and myself) picture block, a card from Anna/Ashley, a gift card and homemade toffee. Yum Yum!

These teachers are just the best and I would give them the world if I could :)

46 months old

Happy 46 months old Ash Ash!

-Her newest nicknames are Mom-O/Dad-O.
-She still is a momma's girl; always wanting mommy to snuggle, hold her, sit by her.
-Still barely talking to her teacher and does the shy "act" with most others.
-She is loving swimming
-She is back to wearing pull ups through the night (she has had a couple accidents and I am sure she can be dry but I don't want to chance adding more to my laundry piles of the week!)
-Her hand writing is getting better. She is constantly asking how to spell things and knows how to spell several words: Anna, Ashley, Abby, Daddy, Mommy, love, you, Elsa
-She is extremely patient and amazing with legos and is completing sets with over 100 pieces  (aged 5-12)
-Loves to dress up, sing, play pretend
-LOVES her sister
-Loved school and talks about her friends all the time; especially AJ and Bridget

Christmas "Eve" with the Stilley's!

We headed over to Grammy and Poppy's at noon today for the Stilley side Christmas celebration! We ate a yummy lunch, played outside in Grammy and Poppy's backyard (soccer, baseball and rock throwing), performed Frozen songs, played princess and bad guy for many hours (which involved wearing and changing many costumes), built a frozen ice palace, ate a yummy dinner and played on Grammy and Poppy's bed. We had so much funtogether  and can't wait to keep playing with these cousins ALL week long. We love it when we are all together :)
