Happy First Day of Kindergarten Kate!

To celebrate Kate's first days of Kindergarten we all went over to her house for a pizza party and a cookie cake. It was so much fun; Daddy was into the Royals and Chiefs game so we got to stay super late (til like 8:45). We loved being with Kate and especially loved playing in her new room!

 The girls were consumed by all the books!

Kate's new puppy

Cousin Kate got a new puppy and today we got to go to their house and meet it! The puppy is a miniature schnauzer and is a girl. They named her Mia. We couldn't believe how little she was; we loved holding her. She is so super cute and we can not wait until Peanut meets her!

The "A Team"

Tonight before heading out to Emily Eppler's 1st birthday party, we took the opportunity to get a picture of the "A Team."

We had some difficulties due to the fact that Anna kept giving us an "I'm trying too hard" smile and Ashley kept looking at Anna and copying. So even though most pictures look like this:

 We ended up with this one being the best of all three!!

Tummy Time

Someone is rocking it at tummy time lately. Now she doesn't necessarily like it but if the timing is right she can last up to 10 minutes.

Ashley's first smiley face

Ashley made a smiley face complete with a round head, eye's, nose and mouth! She also told me she drew a line in where the forehead is (not too shabby!)

Abby and her bouncer

Abby sees a lot of time in the bouncer; mostly during mealtime and when I am cooking.

But she doesn't mind it one bit. She gets the best little look of determination and then tries to kick the green guitar as hard as she can. And she kicks it hard!!! She coo's and caa's while bouncing the time away kicking at the green guitar- she just loves it!
