Ashley's cupid Valentine

Ashley's Daisy troop made Valentines for a hospital this past week. Ashleys creation was just adorable; a CUPID complete with a bow and arrow! I just love her creativity!

Her favorite 2 5th graders...

She has no problem warming up to 5th graders (especially Millie and Avery). It's crazy due to the fact she's so timid around her peers :)

Stay and Play

I got to go into Abby's school for 30 minutes and enjoy center time with her. We probably did over 15 centers and had SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Ashley's 101st day of school

The first graders celebrate the 101st day of school complete with a 101 Dalmation theme. This one LOVED that day!!!

100th Day of School

Last week Anna celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing up as a 100 year old. She was super excited to strut her stuff at school that morning. But when I picked her up she was pretty bummed because some of the kids were making fun of her for dressing up. Poor thing but she had to realize that the other kids were probably jealous and that if she likes what she's doing who cares!!!! After a pep talk she was back smiling :)

Hands to Heart

Just another Thursday night volunteering at our favorite place Hands to Heart and packing weekend backpacks for kids in KC.

Field Trip with my She She

I went with Ashley's class to Science City on a field trip. It was super fun; plantarium and 2 hours playing around Science City. In my group was Clyde, Dominick (wow boys are crazy), Lucy and Ashley. We were Team Pickle and we conquered Science City with style.

Ashley was so happy I was on the field trip with her and so was I. Just love my she she time!
