Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas Eve!

After a morning of cuddles and movies, it was time for our Christmas Eve get together. Grama, Papa, Grammy and Papa came like they do every year to our house for a fancy feast. And this year we were so excited to have Aunt Megan, Uncle Jeff, Leland, Eldon, Slyvie, Aunt Laura, Uncle Aaron, Henry and Frannie join us.

We played with our cousins and were goofy with our grandparents. Mommy made the most delicious Italian dinner. We love this tradition of cooking a huge Christmas Eve dinner for the ones we love!

After the eating was over, we had fun putting on shows and tracking Santa on the Santa tracker. It didn't take long for us to go to sleep; we didn't want him arriving with us not asleep!!!!!

Ashley Winter Class Party

Ashley had her winter party on the Monday before Christmas. Their class had a super fun time playing Dress Like Frosty and having Reindeer Races. So much fun!

8 am on Christmas Eve eve.... good thing we got there before the crowds set in because it took us almost 1 1/2 hours to get everything on our list and make it through the store with minor casualties!

And on Christmas Eve eve morning we met Anna's friend at Hy-Vee for a Christmas Donut. Since both of us moms had to shop for groceries we decided to go at the same time for the kids to meet up. Such fun little friends!

Christmas Eve morning was spent cuddling on the couch watching Christmas movies all morning. We LOVED that Christmas Eve was on a weekend and that Daddy had the day off. Merry Christmas Eve!
