Grammy/Anna Date

Two Wednesdays ago, Grammy picked up Anna after school for a Grammy/Anna date. They ate pad thai at Wei Wei and then headed to paint, glaze and fire to paint pottery. She chose a fairy and Grammy helped her work on the piece. They had a blast hanging out together and Anna loved the activity!!! Anna loves her time alone with people :)

Yesterday day morning after dropping Anna and Ashley off at school, Abby walks inside, looks at me and says, "Make Cookies Wid Mommy." So we did!

Then she complained about her belly hurting....

And then wanted to paint.....

And read....

She sure loves her time with momma!

So I forgot the digital memory card to my nice camera at home on the day of Anna's competition and it was killing me. So I asked one of Anna's dance troupe friends mothers, who is a photographer, to snap a couple of Anna for me. And she did. I may have to forget my camera everytime.... ;)

Softball Season!

It's softball season and we are ready!!!!!!

Washing Bunny

Being Anna's favorite lovey for 6 1/2 years is pretty DIRTY work! Today he got a much needed bath and the final product is much better. But light pink is a hard, hard color to get clean! We love you bunny... even if you were so dirty you were brown!

 

TOP celebration

To celebrate Anna's first dance competition we picked up a (Anna requested) Nothing Bundt Cake on the way home. She picked out the big lemon one!!!

It was delicious even if Anna and Ashley had tweaked it a bit to be their own creation by adding flowers, leaves and sprinkles to it.

We just love these cakes!
