100 days of school!

2 weeks ago, Anna celebrated her becoming 100 days smarter on the 100th day of school.

So much fun. She is sure loving school but in NO rush to go into full day first grade yet. She just loves half day Kindergarten (and so do I!)!

Folks... we officially have a swimmer!

I don't know why this was never published but I wrote it 2 weeks ago and she's still doing great.....

Two weeks ago (really a month ago), Abby finally decided to stop fighting the fight with swimming.

On the drive to swimming lessons she looked at me and say, "Me no cry."

And sure enough not only did she not cry at all, she was a swimming maniac! So proud of my little fish! I will try and get some video up- it is pretty impressive. She is officially swimming about 6 feet in the pool from coach to the side. AND LOVING IT!

Marrying place??

Today as we were driving to Hobby Lobby, Ashley notices a cemetery and asks why there are so many flowers in that place.

I tell her that is where people are buried.

Her eyes get really big and she says, "Do you think someone is getting married there now?"

Bless her heart. So innocent. I really wasnt in the mood to go into what happens when someone dies so I just stayed quiet....

Then she asks "how many people get married there?"

Luckily Abby decided to throw MyMia at her head at that point and all the talk turned to tears.

And she forgot all about the marrying place :)

Booger wall

Tonight when I was laying in Anna's bed reading to her, I noticed some crusty objects in the wall that had shadows. I looked a little closer and you wont believe it..... Boogers. Big dried crusty boogers stuck to her wall.

She giggles at my discovery and I told her she was more gross then a boy. She did not like my comment. Needless to say she said she would no longer add to her booger wall.

Disgusting.

Ashley asked her to not pick then off because she doesn't want them falling below into her bed. Just gross.

So if your looking for Anna anytime soon she's probably scrubbing her booger wall.
