Chocolate Advent Calendar

The week before Thanksgiving I let these 3 ladies pick out their own chocolate Advent calendar. I almost didn't get Abby one and am SO thankful I did; she would be ubberly pissed at me.

I had these growing up so it really is a walk down memory lane watching them enjoy it. But did I really ask my mom 20 times before 7:30 AM if I could eat my Christmas chocolate?

Seriously, it's the first and only thing the ask or talk about in the morning. And it drives me up the wall that I just let them. Today, day 4, Abby was the first one to spot them and just stood in front of them, pointing to them and grunting louder and louder.

Tis the Season :)

"Hi my name is Ashley and i like to wear multiple layers of clothing just so my mommy has to do a load of laundry a day."

I LOATHE this because I LOATHE laundry....

Lunch with Kate AT SCHOOL

Today we brought Kate Chick-fil-a for lunch and got to eat with her at her elementary school. IN THE CAFETERIA.

"It was awesome!" was Anna's description "And loud. Very loud."

"There were very lots of kids," was Ashley's!

Kate was super excited to see us, show us around the lunch room, eat at a special table with us and a friend of her choice and lastly show us her room. The girls were very quite the ENTIRE time, just soaking in all the choas. I had told them that there would be a lot of kids and when we were in the hallways stay close to mama. Anna was not sure about leaving my side when Kate grabbed her hand to lead her to the cafeteria and needed a little nudge from me. Anna, my little rule follower :) Ashley was ready to run :)

The girls had a great time.

Excited while waiting outside her pod for lunch time!!!!
I LOVE Abby's smile here- hilarious!

Crafts

I am so glad I stock up (seriously a large Rubbermaid tote a season) on 90% off Christmas projects at Target. They make cold days inside so much better!

Here we are this morning totally into the projects :) Painting ornaments (mommy even got finished with painting last years hand print ornaments!!), coloring/decorating a votive holder and foam ornaments. Abby even had fun painting with water and coloring Rudolf :)

We LOVE crafternoons :)

You would have thought I gave her the moon; she LOVED painting just like her sisters!
