Woodland Gardens

My favorite thing we did in Hot Spring Arkansas was go to their Woodland Gardens. It was FANTASTIC!! We spent 6 entire hours and were once again impressed by our girls hiking stamina. We played in their children's area, saw the mystical creatures exhibit (mystic mushrooms, the fairy gourdmother, fairy houses, big foot and the sea serpent (called the slippery serpent by the girls), hiked out to the water flowers blooming on Lake Hamilton and checked out the glass chapel where each girl "married" daddy.

The gardens gave each girl a bingo sheet of things to look for in the garden. We found everything on the bingo sheet and the girls were super excited to get their toy and blue fairy diamond from the gardens. It was a pretty superb place!

Eating and playing outside the yurt

While we cooked breakfast and dinner at the yurt (we always packed our lunches) the girls would play, read and relax outside in the shaded on the rainbow blanket. They also LOVED playing inside the yurt  on the bunk beds :)

And when it was time to eat we would all eat on the picnic table by the yurt.

This child LOVES watermelon :)

Let me go into detail about the picture below. It made me cry.... literally tears fell out of my eyes this smore here was SO good. Needless to say I made at least 3 a night.

The pool

The place we stayed in Hot Springs Arkansas had an awesome pool that we visited daily. Our little fishes LOVED it :)
