Poop in Potty

Look what I got for pooping in the potty:

A little Tiana doll and 8 m & m's. Can we say awesome??

This happened last Saturday after I refused to take a nap and peed on the floor and did a little poop in my panties while banging on my bedroom door. Mommy and Daddy were not happy with me and as they were cleaning the carpet, I yell from the bathroom, "I did it! I did it!"

Sure enough, their frustrations with my unwillingness to nap went away and they were so excited to see that I had finally pooped in the potty!! See, I am a big girl :)

PS The last 2 times I have pooped since have been in my nap diaper. Poop has been waking me up during my nap lately.

Abby's 2 month well visit

Yesterday we went in for Abby's 2 month well visit and everything checked out great! She looks good and healthy. The doctor said she was a strong baby girl and is growing perfectly. She did note that the left back side of her head was a little flat and asked if she preferred to lay on one side of her head and she does. She just encouraged more tummy time and Bumbo (which she is already doing the recommended amount; it's just that she is always put down when she is sleeping opposed to being held so she has more back time then her sisters had).

She got her 2 month vaccinations and didn't like them one bit. She was calmed pretty quickly when I nursed her but she was not having it :)

Here are her stats!

Height: 24 inches- 97th %tile
Weight: 12 lbs- 80th %tile
Head Circumference: 15 1/2 in- 75th %tile

Our little monkey is one long monkey!!!!!

the "Healer"

When both girls (mostly Ashley) are upset they start calling for Abby. When they get by her side, they instantly feel better. Therefore we have nicknamed Abby "The Healer!!!"

Check out Ashley's face; does she looked pissed off or what?!?! Oh sometimes they make it so hard to like a 2 year old!

Big Girl Potty

No more baby potty for me! I am using the big girl potty. when I have to go pee pee I push the step up to the potty, climb up, take my panties off, sit down, wipe, flush, stand up, pull up my panties and walk back down the stairs all by myself!

I am getting so big!

Hearth Room Picture

Inspiration

I love EVERYTHING about the room above. Everything! I want that coffee table too!

I had contacted the artist who made the art work and she wanted $650 plus $150 shipping for both pictures... that's $800 folks.... that's college savings! Is she serious... she just used an awesome stencil?!?!

So instead I headed to Michaels back at Christmas time (I have been wanting to make these for a long time) and got two frames at 90% off for a total of around $40, Rob brought home the projector many times to try and get this done (since I couldn't find the type of stencil that gave me the above font that I love) and finally VIOLA!

PS I am going to use sand paper on the letters again to make them more worn looking.

PSS Be careful when removing large pieces of glass from big frames. I got a horrible cut in between my thumb and pointer finger but luckily it's healing all right so far!
