4th of July Breakfast

This morning Anna went with mommy to the grocery store and look what she found for breakfast:

Yup, doughnuts! Two days in a row and Anna LOVES doughnuts!!!! As for Ashley, she enjoyed the one today with creme filling much better then the ones yesterday. Smart girl!

Daddy also made us pancakes and mommy decorated hers just like an American flag!

What a great fourth of July breakfast.

Cousin withdrawl

In the 3 months we lived with Grama and Papa, I got to see Kate 5 days a week, every week for at least 8 hours a day. I LOVED this time with her. She has been on vacation for 2 weeks and lately I have REALLY been missing her.

Yesterday Mommy kept over hearing me having conversations with myself; talking to "Kate." For example, as I was getting off the couch, mommy heard me say, "I'll be right back Kate." She asked me who I was talking to and I got really shy. She asked if I was talking to a friend and I told her yes. When she asked who I told her Kate. Later she asked me who was sitting on the couch with me and I told her just Kate (never mind the fact that Ashley was sitting RIGHT next to her).

I think I am going through cousin with drawl.

So later that night Aunt Anne, Uncle Todd and Kate come over to see us and have a 3rd of July snack! It was great!

PS Later that week we went to Kate's to play! I just love playing at Kates!

Dunkin Doughnuts

Yesterday mommy thought it would be fun to take us to get doughnuts for breakfast. We had never done it before and we super excited.

The entire drive there Anna was talking about getting a purple doughnut. When we got there we found a purple doughnut but once we got it in front of us we noticed it was more pink. It's okay, I LOVED it! I ate the whole thing!

Ashley on the other hand didn't care for her doughnut. She did however eat 2 doughnut holes.

We can't wait to get doughnuts again- YUM!

Swimming Pics

Anna hanging out all by herself in the deep end. What a big girl!

Swim cap and all!

Anna has fallen in love with Kate's old swim cap and wants to wear it when we go to the pool now. She says she likes it because it keeps the hair out of her eyes. She looks pretty darn cute in it if you ask me :)

Mommy's Baby

For the 3 months we lived with Grama and Papa's house, i made sure mommy always had her Strawberry Shortcake from when she was a little girl.

Now that we are in our new house, we have taken her with us and I make sure she is always on mommy's bed or chair in her room.

She is well loved!

My bunny's bunny

My bunny with the favorite spot has his very own bunny blanket with the favorite spot. Bunny had to nap and sleep with his bunny just like me. Now how many kids can say THAT about their lovey?
